ISM – International Safety Management

The ISM Code ensures the safe operation of yachts, the prevention of injury or loss of life, and the protection of the environment. We implement a Safety Management System (SMS), appoints a Designated Person Ashore (DPA), and conducts both internal and Flag State audits to maintain compliance and promote a culture of safety on board.
ISPS – International Ship & Port Security

The ISPS Code focuses on identifying security threats and implementing measures to protect yachts and port facilities. We appoint trained security officers, develops Ship Security Plans, monitors access, conducts drills, and works with Recognised Security Organisations to ensure ongoing compliance and preparedness for any security incident.
MLC 2006 – Marine Labour Convention 2006

MLC 2006 sets minimum standards for seafarers’ employment and living conditions. Our Company ensures that all crew receive comprehensive Seafarers Employment Agreements (SEA) covering wages, duties, accommodation, medical care, and welfare, while maintaining statutory certificates and integrating compliance into regular audits.
